This year marks a significant milestone for Q-Sourcing Servtec Rwanda as we celebrate 15 years of service and commitment to growth in Rwanda. In commemoration of our anniversary, we are excited to announce the launch of the Job Ready Initiative at Intango Technical Secondary School. This initiative is a testament to our dedication to empowering the youth of Rwanda and strengthening our community through responsible and impactful corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts.
Bridging the Gap Between Education and Employment
The Job Ready Initiative is designed to enhance the employability of graduates by providing them with the tools and opportunities necessary to transition from vocational training to sustainable employment. We aim to create a seamless connection between educational achievements and career success, ensuring that today’s students become tomorrow’s skilled professionals.
What’s in Store for Participants?
- Full Access to our Learning Management System (LMS): We are offering full access to our LMS, covering all learning expenses for a selected group of students for the next three years. This resource is designed to provide ongoing education and skill development, tailored to meet the demands of the job market.
- Student Sponsorships: To ease the financial burden on students and their families, we are providing sponsorships that cover up to 50% of tuition fees for several deserving students. This initiative not only supports academic achievement but also opens doors to career opportunities.
- Job Readiness Training: All graduates of Intango Technical Secondary School will benefit from comprehensive job readiness training. This program includes workshops and seminars focused on resume writing, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette, all tailored to prepare students for professional success.
A Step Towards Sustainability
In addition to educational and career-focused programs, the Job Ready Initiative also includes an environmental component. We planted 15 fruit trees on the school campus, symbolizing our commitment to sustainability and our dedication to beautifying and enriching the school environment. These trees represent growth, resilience, and a greener future for our students and the wider community.
