About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled and experienced Operation Officer to work in Kampala, Uganda.

Job Purpose:

The company is seeking an operations officer with good knowledge in logistics and clearing & forwarding to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily operations and processing of all FERI/COD applications on behalf of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Ensure all documents are collected to process client applications.
  • Thoroughly check all documents before processing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Handle queries professionally via email & phone.
  • Maintain accurate records of processed applications.

Basic Qualifications:

  •             Diploma in Logistics; Degree is an advantage.

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, knowing French is Bonus 
  • Basic computer skills (typing, word processing, spreadsheets) are an advantage
