About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled and experienced Human Resource Officer to work in Kampala, Uganda.

Job Purpose:

The Human Resource Officer will support the HR department by recruiting, supporting, and developing talent, ensuring compliance, and handling administrative tasks.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer HR-related inquiries and address employee concerns.
• Handle recruitment, job postings, and hiring processes.
• Support management in disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintain employee records in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards.
• Manage employee travel logistics (flights, hotels, transportation).

Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong organization and record-keeping abilities.
• Proficiency in writing, communication, and leadership.
• Proactive, innovative, and detail-oriented.
• Computer literacy and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Payroll processing is a plus
• Registered member with the Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda (HRMAU)
