Position: Social Media Support Manager
-Good command of English, French, and Swahili languages.
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in a role equivalent to Lead Supervisor
– Some experience with managing remote teams
– Proof of previous success in managing/supervising teams
- Build and maintain a high-performing social media support team
- Build and maintain good customer relations with clients
- Handle complaints and queries from Agents and resolve difficult client issues
- Keep an eye on the latest social media trends
- Hire and directly manage Social Media Support Agents in the delivery of the CXIs and other defined business goals.
- Prepare performance reports
- Collect clients’ feedback and share to promote business objective.
