Position: Social Media Support Manager


-Good command of English, French, and Swahili languages.

– Minimum 3 years’ experience in a role equivalent to Lead Supervisor

– Some experience with managing remote teams

– Proof of previous success in managing/supervising teams

Job Description:

  1. Build and maintain a high-performing social media support team
  2. Build and maintain good customer relations with clients
  3. Handle complaints and queries from Agents and resolve difficult client issues
  4. Keep an eye on the latest social media trends
  5. Hire and directly manage Social Media Support Agents in the delivery of the CXIs and other defined business goals.
  1. Prepare performance reports
  2. Collect clients’ feedback and share to promote business objective.
