Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Rwanda


• Built a remarkably close relationship with clients by providing the best service possible and understanding their conditions and capacity in the assigned market South Africa and Central Africa.
• Develop a daily, weekly, and seasonal communication system and establish bridges to deepen mutual understanding and integration.
• Discover new customers and increase revenue by introducing the company’s products and services.
• Negotiate tender and contract terms.
• Managing inquires with appropriate price.
• Follow-up on customer quotations to close deals.
• Process sales orders and monitor shipment status
• Send order confirmation to Logistics team and follow up with them and customers on shipment status.
• Follow up customer aftersales feedback
• Update CRM on day-to-day basis

Skills & Requirements:

• Understanding of bearings is an advantage in both Automotive and Industrial
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• 5 years’ Experience in B2B sales
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
• Excellent organizational skills including multitasking and strict attention to detail
• Can work under pressure and make split-second decisions
• Following directions and being able to learn new things

Qualification & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s / bachelor’s in business administration or related field.
Languages: English and other local languages
Years of experience: 3-5 years of experience in similar role
