JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Manager to join our company. The Field Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating field operations, managing a team, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in telecommunications or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Coordinate field operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies in all field operations.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and resources to support field activities and maintain efficient operations.
• Communicate regularly with customers, vendors, and internal teams to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
• Track and report on key performance indicators, such as project timelines, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance field operations efficiency.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the telecommunications field to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualification & Experience

Education:
Bachelors in sales & marketing or business management or related field.

Skills:
MS office Computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, outlook)
Team Management Skills
Excellent Communication skills (verbal & written)
Proactive thinker and problem Solver

Years of experience:
3 years’ experience as project manager in FMCG or telecommunications
