The Q-Sourcing Servtec Group management team converged in Dares Salaam, Tanzania, for what turned out to be a remarkable blend of vibrant cultural discoveries, meaningful learning, and deep connection, hosted with warmth by Q-Sourcing Servtec Tanzania.

This retreat was more than an event; it was a celebration of our collective spirit, marked by unforgettable moments and invaluable insights that drew us closer as a team.

The retreat began with a series of engaging sessions focused on learning and growth. These discussions were rich in insights, setting a strong foundation for not just the days ahead but also for our respective entity operations going forward.

Adding a festive touch to our journey was the Aloha Night, where everyone embraced the spirit of unity and joy, adorned in flower shirts that symbolized our togetherness.

Team-building was a key theme of our retreat, with activities designed to lift our spirits and strengthen our bonds. The Eagles team, with their predictive win, epitomized the synergy and energy that flowed among us, showcasing our collective strength and ambition.

A memorable evening in Masaki marked the culmination of our retreat as the team experienced a grand closing ceremony, a testament to the unforgettable experience we had in Tanzania.

The respective teams from Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda and South Sudan arrived home, reflecting on the swift passage of time and the rich experiences we had gathered. This experience was a poignant reminder of the value of coming together, sharing experiences, and growing as one.
