Celebrating 15 years of excellence in Rwanda
Our story began in 2006 with a vision to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity in East Africa, starting in Uganda 2006; then Rwanda 2009, Southern Sudan 2011, Kenya 2013. In 2017, the group opened a training arm, trading as The Assessment and Skilling Centre (TASC) as well as Tanzania. Subsequent to the above, we established more synergies through a merger with Servtec internation Group to open the frontiers not only in East Africa but globally.
In 2024 a new investment in the ‘Flip Africa’, platform was made, opening the gig economy that creates another market niche. What started was a noble advisory outfit, has since blossomed and continues to mutate into a thriving corporation, thanks to the dedication of our team and trust of our clients.
The decision to establish operations in Rwanda in 2009 was driven by the promise of opportunity and the desire to make a meaningful impact within the Rwandan communities through effective environment, social and governance practices. Over the past 15 years, we’ve witnessed first-hand the transformative power of employment. From providing graduates with their first job opportunities to assisting seasoned professionals in advancing their careers and in so doing we’ve been privileged to play a part in shaping the future of countless individuals not forgetting the impact to Clients through efficiency in their operations and value addition from consistent compliance.
Our journey has been peppered with challenges, but each obstacle has fuelled our determination to succeed. Whether navigating regulatory complexities or adapting to changing market dynamics, we’ve remained steadfast in our commitment to excellence. Through innovation and forward-thinking strategies, we’ve not only overcome hurdles but also set new standards for our industry.
As we celebrate this milestone, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who have been part of our journey – our clients, partners, and dedicated team members. It is your unwavering support and trust that has propelled us forward, and it is with great excitement that we look ahead to the future. Together, we will continue to push boundaries, break barriers, and create new opportunities for growth and fulfilment.
