Do you help with writing CVS?

No, we currently do not offer a service to write CVs for individuals. Instead, we provide various resources, including blog posts, social media content, and group workshops, to guide you in crafting an effective CV. We may consider offering personalized CV writing in the future.

How often are Jobs posted?

We continuously post new job opportunities as our diverse client base in East Africa has varying recruitment needs. Specific job availability is dependent on our clients’ requirements. Check our job board regularly at Q-Sourcing Job Board for the latest positions.

Are there internship opportunities?

Yes, we occasionally offer internship positions at our offices and through our clients’ companies. These are short-term roles available at specific times of the year. Keep an eye on our job site and social media pages for announcements.

Yes, you can apply for jobs in other countries where we operate, provided you have the legal right to work in the respective country.

How often do you provide interview feedback?

We ensure to give feedback to all candidates at each important stage of the recruitment process, from the moment you submit your application to the point of job placement. You’ll be informed about your application status before interviews, and we’ll keep you updated until the final decision.

In which industries do you offer Jobs?

We cater to a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, oil and gas, renewable energy, manufacturing, hospitality, construction, banking, mining, NGOs, logistics, and both government and private sectors.

Our client base is diverse, ensuring a broad selection of job opportunities.

Do I have to pay to secure a Job?

No. We do not charge applicants for job placement services. All our fees are billed to the employer or hiring organization.

Across all GSS Group entities, we adhere to the highest ethical standards, ensuring that job placements are based solely on merit and competence.

For community-based roles, we use an open balloting system to give everyone an equal opportunity.

What should I do if I haven’t heard back after an interview?

If you haven’t received feedback within two weeks after an interview, it’s appropriate to send a polite follow-up email to the hiring manager or our recruitment team.

Express your continued interest in the position and inquire about the status of your application. It shows your enthusiasm and professionalism.
